An Erasmus agreement is an expression of consent by both parties to accept students, teachers, and non-teaching staff from the partner institution, provided that the conditions for applying for mobility are met. UKF’s requirement is to conclude Erasmus agreements that assume reciprocal exchange of students and staff between both partner institutions. The departmental Erasmus coordinator at UKF fills in the Erasmus agreement for the specific academic year(s), field of study, and the number of student-months and weeks of teacher mobility, as well as the number of days of mobility for non-teaching staff, that both institutions plan to carry out. Completed Erasmus agreements, which are planned to be concluded for the next academic year for UKF, must be submitted by the faculty Erasmus coordinator (or the departmental Erasmus coordinator upon agreement with the faculty Erasmus coordinator) to the Department of International Relations of the UKF Rector’s Office sufficiently in advance so that they can be checked, concluded, i.e., signed by both parties, and returned to the Department of International Relations of the UKF Rector’s Office by November 30th of the given academic year. Erasmus agreements are exclusively signed on behalf of UKF by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator of UKF.
