ERASMUS+

Dear student,

The European Erasmus program has a long-standing tradition. Since the academic year 2014/2015, it has existed as an integrated program Erasmus+, which provides a wide range of mobility opportunities for students and staff.

Erasmus+ supports 3 key activities:

  • KA1 = individual mobility
  • KA2 = strategic partnerships
  • KA3 = policy reform including the Jean Monnet program and the Sport program

Within the key activity KA1 (Individual Mobility), the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra implements study and internship mobility for students and teaching and training for staff. Students and staff have the opportunity to apply for Erasmus+ mobility in one of the EU and EEA countries, and if a separate Erasmus+ project of UKF is approved, also for mobility in a country outside the EU and EEA area.

For Erasmus mobility in an EU or EEA country (mobility KA131) see:

For Erasmus mobility in a country outside the EU and EEA zone (mobility KA171) see:

Mobility is implemented based on Erasmus+ bilateral agreements signed with partner higher education institutions abroad. The preparation of the Erasmus agreement proposal, the selection of students and staff for mobility, and the recognition of their mobility results is the responsibility of the departmental and faculty coordinator of the respective faculty of UKF. To participate in mobility, it is enough to choose a receiving foreign institution, fill out all required documents, print them, participate in the selection process at the department, and submit all documents to the faculty dean’s office where the employee works or where the student is enrolled. The deadline for applying for Erasmus+ mobility is usually in spring (main deadline) for mobilities planned for the following academic year, but during the year, calls for additional applications are usually announced.

Get inspired by videos of Erasmus+ mobility participants, apply for Erasmus mobility, and experience your own exceptional international experience.

If interested, UKF students can engage in extracurricular activities within the volunteer student organization ESN UKF in Nitra and help incoming international students with the arrangements for their stay at UKF.
