In the UKF Zobor Dormitory, students have access to 2- and 3-bed rooms (blocks A and B), or 1- and 3-bed rooms (block H). Monthly accommodation fees range from €69 to €125. After a comprehensive renovation of the entire dormitory, two rooms form a unit with a shared bathroom and refrigerator. On each floor, there is a kitchenette equipped with two stoves and a microwave oven, and some kitchenettes also have an electric oven.
As part of other services, students have access to two laundry rooms equipped with five high-performance industrial washing machines and four dryers. At the reception, they have the option to borrow an iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning tools for rooms.
Each room in the dormitory has two LAN internet connections. In addition, students have access to high-speed Wi-Fi connection in all areas of the Zobor Dormitory.
For individual study, students can use the study rooms located on each floor. For extracurricular activities, they can use the gym, common hall, dance room, piano room, and common room with TV and relaxation zone.
The Student Center is located in the building of the common annex, offering students counseling in various areas.
Between blocks B and H, students have access to an outdoor relaxation zone, a pergola with seating, garden loungers, and facilities for barbecuing or grilling. The enclosed dormitory area also has a parking lot reserved exclusively for accommodated students, with a capacity of 22 parking spaces without the possibility of reservation.

Accommodation Center
Handles the basic agenda of the student accommodation process and is located on the ground floor of the Zobor Dormitory. The Accommodation Center is responsible for student accommodation and check-out, room changes for students, payment checks, cashier services, reporting the stay of foreigners, and short-term accommodation in guest and student rooms.
