An applicant for study applies for study by filling out an application form and submitting it within the specified deadline to the relevant faculty.
An applicant can apply for study by filling out and submitting:
- an electronic application form (in the Academic Information System AIS2 or on the Higher Education Portal),
- a paper application form.
The university prefers students to apply for study via an electronic application form. When applying electronically for study, the applicant:
- fills out the electronic application form,
- uploads the required attachments in the system,
- confirms the electronic application form,
- pays the payment order, which is generated after confirming the application,
- if the faculty requires the submission of a printed version of the submitted electronic application form with a handwritten signature, the applicant prints the application form and sends it to the faculty’s address.
An applicant may submit multiple applications for different study programs, but only one study program should be listed on each application. In the application, the applicant provides all the required information according to the requirements of the faculty to which they are applying, attaches all attachments in accordance with the requirements of the relevant faculty and the admission conditions for the study program.
Filling out the electronic application form is done through the university’s Academic Information System.
