The Basic Trade Union Organization of Education and Science Employees at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra voluntarily unites university employees, regardless of their affiliation with faculties and other workplaces. The goal and primary task of the trade union organization is to protect and defend the legitimate interests of its members and other employees arising from their employment relationship with the employer, in accordance with legal regulations and the collective agreement.
