In order to adhere to ethical standards of conduct, the university has issued the UKF Code of Ethics, which aims to express certain principles of professional ethics that bind individuals associated with the university.
In order to protect the rights of UKF employees, the employer concludes a collective agreement with the Basic Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees in Slovakia at UKF.
