The UKF Doctoral School was established in accordance with the directive as an academic organizational structure that coordinates doctoral studies in study fields at the university.
The main mission of the Doctoral School is the sustainable improvement of the quality of education and the enhancement of the position of doctoral students at UKF, the support for the development of scientific knowledge and the preparation of doctoral students for scientific careers, not only in the academic environment, but also in state and public administration, industry and business, or in the non-profit research and development sector.
The Doctoral School also fulfills its mission by supporting the acquisition of basic transferable competencies of UKF doctoral students, particularly in research methodology, didactics, presentation skills, project management, academic ethics, and more.
The initiative and coordinating body of the Doctoral School is the Council for Doctoral Studies, composed of:
