Microsoft Teams
To use Microsoft Teams, an employee must have a Microsoft 365 account in the format mpriezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, a PhD student meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, a student meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk.
By default, the online teaching team includes the instructor’s account mpriezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk (in the case of a PhD instructor meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk) and student accounts meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk.
The instructor is the team owner, the student is a team member.
It is not possible to add an account mpriezvisko@ukf.sk to the team! If an employee, PhD student, or student is invited to a team outside our university, the owner of the inviting organization’s team can only add them to the team with an existing Microsoft 365 account, i.e., an employee with an account mpriezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, a PhD student with an account meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, a student with an account meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk. The account mpriezvisko@ukf.sk cannot be used in such a team because it is not a Microsoft 365 account! The owner of the inviting team should be asked to add the employee, PhD student, or student to the team with their Microsoft 365 account (mpriezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk, or meno.priezvisko@msnet.ukf.sk).
