Second Round of Applications for Erasmus+ Mobility

We have opened the second round of applications for Erasmus+ study and traineeship mobility for students for the summer semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Dear students of full-time and part-time studies,

We would like to inform you that UKF in Nitra is opening the second round of applications for mobility under the very popular Erasmus+ program (EU or EEA countries) for the winter semester (internships only) and summer semester (study and internships) of the academic year 2026/2027.

The Erasmus+ program offers interesting and variable types of mobility, from which you will surely choose.

Please carefully review the conditions for applying for each type of mobility. For detailed information, click on the mobility you are interested in.

Students (full-time and part-time studies):

Before submitting an application for study mobility in the summer semester of the academic year 2026/2027, the student must verify:

  • whether the partner university has signed an Erasmus+ bilateral agreement with the faculty where the student is enrolled,
  • whether the partner university offers study mobility in the given semester;
  • whether they can still accept him/her. This information must be confirmed via email directly with the partner university.

An application can only be submitted to a university that meets these conditions.

Study mobility can only be carried out at a higher education institution abroad with which UKF in Nitra has a valid Erasmus bilateral agreement in the current academic year. A list of valid Erasmus+ bilateral agreements is available from the faculty Erasmus+ coordinators.

The selection of mobility participants is organized by:

  • the dean of the faculty in cooperation with the vice-rector for international relations and the vice-dean for international relations (students of the faculties). The selection is carried out based on priorities in the area of internationalization of education and professional training of the respective faculty and in accordance with this call.

The exact duration of the approved mobility will depend on the number of applicants and the financial possibilities within the current call.

NOTICES:

The student acknowledges that their application for Erasmus mobility may be rejected. The availability of mobilities always depends on the amount of funding allocated to UKF for a specific Erasmus+ project and also on the limited number of places available to each faculty and the rectorate for that type of mobility. It is not possible to compare years with each other, as each year UKF has different numbers of applicants, different limits on places, and different funding allocated for each type of mobility.

Applications for mobilities are carried out in accordance with the currently valid rules for Erasmus+ mobilities, unless the National Agency specifies otherwise.

The possibility of carrying out mobility in Great Britain does not apply to this call, and it is currently not possible to apply for mobility to this country, as at the time of publication of this call, this country is not yet connected to the Erasmus+ program.

Before applying and traveling for mobility, familiarize yourself with the measures of the Slovak government and current information regarding possible travel restrictions published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. UKF will not send students and staff to countries marked by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic in orange or red (see the map with color differentiation of travel recommendation levels).

If you have any questions, the rectorate’s Erasmus+ coordinators are available to you: Ing. Katarína Butorová, PhD., Mgr. Pavol Vakoš.
