The login details for the student account (username, password) are used to access all university information systems.
The primary creation of a student account is based on the student’s registration in the Academic Information System (AiS2) and their enrollment in the 1st academic year (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies).
Login Name and Password
- The login name is identical to the student ID number generated in AiS2, and it is written on the student ID card under the photo. For students with an older type of ID card issued before 2015, the login name is identical to the student ID card number (in case of loss/replacement of an older type of ID card, the student’s login name changes, while the access password remains the same).
- Students receive their primary access password upon enrollment in the 1st academic year.
Account Validity
- Under standard conditions, the student account is valid until September 30th of the following academic year. The activation/reactivation of the account at the turn of the academic years takes place on October 1st, and its condition is the confirmation of the student’s enrollment in AIS for the next year.
- The student account is automatically canceled upon interruption or termination of studies, or upon the student not enrolling for further studies.
Possible Reasons for Account Malfunction
- The most common reason for malfunction at the beginning of the academic year is the student not being enrolled in the next year. The issue needs to be resolved with the relevant study department.
- If the login details are functional in only some systems, for systems with non-functional login, it is necessary to contact the staff of the ICT Center responsible for managing that particular system. It is necessary to provide the login name and a precise description of the problem.
