Services are provided through individual counseling and consultations. They focus on assistance with study financing (various types of student scholarships, loans, and credits) and financial coverage for study stays with the aim of helping students resolve their social and financial situations. The content focuses on determining the student’s social status and jointly assessed persons for the purpose of legal entitlement to a social scholarship, providing information on the procedure in administrative proceedings after submitting an application for a social scholarship, providing basic information on the possibility and conditions of obtaining a loan from the Fund for Education Support, guidance on the procedure for submitting the relevant application, counseling on extraordinary scholarships, and consultations regarding the entitlement to government scholarships for foreign Slovaks.
Individual consultations are provided in person and also via email and telephone at the Scholarship Department, main building of UKF in Nitra, Tr. A. Hlinku 1, ground floor, room no. TAHB31, Nitra, at the following times:
Monday 13:00 – 15:00
Tuesday 9:00 – 12:00
Wednesday 9:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 15:00
Thursday 13:00 – 15:00
During the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency, counseling is provided via email or telephone.
